Summary: The not so good was lighting in the parking lot was bad. The 3 rd floor was really hot but the room cooled down. We had 3 handicap and we had to do alot of walking to get to our room, but that was my fault. Staff was very friendly n helpful Breakfast was excellent

Summary: Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were the worst I have ever slept on at a hotel. Pool was not well maintained. Great breakfast included as well as guest “relaxing hour”.

Summary: The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Beds were comfortable. Shower could have used some TLC. Pool was very busy - too busy for my husband and I but great for kids/families. Staff was friendly, although we did have an issue with our air conditioner that the night auditor seemed clueless to help us with. After speaking with maintenance the next day there was nothing wrong with it, just simple tips/tricks with it and it would have been helpful if the front desk staff had known so we could have slept comfortably our first night. Instead I woke up too warm nearly every hour. After speaking with maintenance and getting those tips our second night was much more tolerable.
