Summary: There wasn't an elevator and the door near our room was broken so we had to walk the entire length of hotel and then up the stairs to get to our room. Each time we flushed our toilet there was a strange howling sound from it.

Summary: The first room was supposed to have 2 beds and it had one bed. The second room smelled like filthy dirty dogs, refused that one and the desk person found us a 2 bed clean nice smelling room, My husband and I went to dinner and came back and got ready for bed , We had to be at an Eye surgeon's office the next morning. We were asleep for about 2 hrs, when we ,heard a loud noise in the bathroom and it was loud for 4.5 hours. I recorded it amd still have it. I showed the video to the desk clerk and she said oh sorry about that, did you want a receipt? I said I would like to have my money back and she handed me the receipt and we left and will not be back.
