Summary: The Best Western Norwalk hotel we stayed on Firestone Blvd.was "EXCELLENT"the staff member ( Iyvett) when We first checked in at Front Desk was Wonderful 👍😊 She was VERY EFFICIENT AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WE REALLY APPRECIATE IT HER HELP 👍and Deborah was also another very nice staff member. we really appreciated all the service and their Help with anything we needed. Our stay at the Best Western Norwalkwas very Clean and we felt very safe and comfortable at that hotel we will definitely be coming back THANK YOU once again ❣️

Summary: Very well placed and easy to access location. HUGE pool that was very clean. Breakfast area was a little tight. Very quite on a Friday night lots of morning tradesman early at the breakfast room on Saturday.

Summary: Great location, wonderful breakfast, decent room (carpet had some stains, could be better). East access to freeways. Staff were great. Loads of parking lots on-site. Quick & smooth check-in and check-out experience . Overall, Had good stay and experience.
