Summary: Very overpriced for an average hotel. Check in clerk was not rude but not particularly friendly either. When I arrived I asked for a downstairs room since there is no elevator and I couldn’t climb stairs. The only available room was two queens instead of a king. That was not a problem but then I was charged more than the reservation that I made on Expedia. Check out clerk had no explanation.

Summary: It was ok nothing special, basically a motel with breakfast. The room was spacious and mostly clean other than a mystery stain on the curtains. The area around the hotel didn’t feel super safe some random man tried to *solicit* services I do not provide.

Summary: The establishment was great, the lady was awesome at the front desk at check in. My ONLY complaint was at breakfast. First, I was told breakfast was served until 10, we went in thinking we could have breakfast, it was 9:15. The lady in charge of maintaining it was on her phone, we got some eggs and biscuits then she started putting things up. I wanted a pancake, nope, put up. I had a muffin, my husband was going to get one but she had that put up as well. She was on her phone the whole entire time we were there for breakfast on a PERSONAL call. We didn’t care to hear it. We didn’t get entirely what we wanted, but what we did have was good. Perhaps I misunderstood the ending time of breakfast.

Summary: Over all the room was clean. However the lady that was there for putting breakfast out was very rude and mean. It’s not professional to be like that nor act the way she did.

Summary: From the very start, as we came to the office to register, I noticed their attractive landscaping. Office staff member Lori went above and beyond to help me understand Best Western Rewards Program nuances -- what a blessing she was -- AND then she assisted us up to our room personally, since my husband needed to climb steps with his cane. Service with a smile: uncommon today but tremendously appreciated! Room accommodations were of exceptional quality.as well. Great stay. Thanks Best Western!

Summary: The lady that checked us in was excellent, friendly and very outgoing, and wanted to make sure everything was up to her standards. By contrast the morning desk clerk was more interested in her phone, she did say good morning, but that was it, thus the 4 star rating for staff. At breakfast one guest asked how to get out of the yogurt machine, without getting up she said it must be out of order, not very professional. The room was very clean and overall we had a nice night and would stay again.
