Summary: The bed and room were clean, and we did receive an upgraded room, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel is in need of significant work and maintenance. One major issue was the dryer—after using it, my clothes smelled strongly like dog urine, which was very unpleasant. We were also uncomfortable with the fact that there were homeless individuals using the pool and shower facilities. While there were a couple of positives, the overall experience fell short and did not meet expectations.

Summary: Clean room, comfortable bed. Good continental breakfast. Hot tub and pool were very nice. Room we were in had road traffic noise though. Almost like the window was open. Probably an easy fix with new windows.

Summary: Hotel tries hard to keep spaces clean and safe - pool appeared well maintained and was clean with fresh towels. the guest arguing in the parking lot wasnt great. Still seems to be best option for a hotel in Maole Ridge.

Summary: We spent two weeks and extended to 4 weeks due to an insurance thing. The hotel really felt like home. Breakfast was great staff was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend
