Positive: l like best western access to WiFi on TV in rooms. But even Best Western makes I difficult to access HDMI plug and electric plug..Had to sign into WiFi daily. Another Best Western with dark rooms. Refrigerator and microwave just pushed into a corner of the room with no work space. Microwave always for Best Western are black plastic box with dark plastic buttons. You always need a flashlight to operate Best Western microwave. But they have a microwave and refrigerator, which for me is essential.
