Negative: Too much noise. Could hear everything. Including the couple doing it in the room next to us and people in the halls just talking normal. Why was there no soundproofing. Buffet options sucked. Didn’t use our passes

Negative: Facility getting a little tired looking, with damaged trim corners and a blah wall paint colour. The night of our stay the wifi was not functional and never did work despite the best efforts of the nice and sympathetic young man at the desk. By missing my online lesson it cost me my 189 day streak on Duolingo.

Positive: Overall good facility with friendly staff. It was clean.

Negative: Carpets looks outdated and not showing the staff effort for cleaning. Bed was worse. Too soft, I mean tooooooo soft! I complained first night. Basically they washed off. If you have any back pain, arthritis or muscle strain , the beds make your condition way worse. They need to do better job on replacing bad mattress.
