Summary: Great food. Friendly staff. Clean! The bathroom sink was slow to drain in our room. Minor issue. We will return at the next family reunion in 3 years!

Summary: The room was rather dirty and there was debris all over the floor. Especially around the desk and the foot stool. There was long black hairs stuck to the walls of the shower. My room was only 1 door away from a very busy entrance which the door closer needed adjusted as it slammed everytime it shut. Im glad I was fby myself as the king size bed had a big divit in it on one side and the pillows were not very comfortable. The best thing I found about this room was the super soft water and the quality of soap, shampoo, and conditioner was good.Also being located next door to the Monterey mexican restaurant was a plus.

Summary: The toilet kept flushing every 20-30 minutes. There was a bathtub but no plug. The swimming pool was filled with water but not useable. The room was clean. However there were construction workers who stayed that left trails of dry concrete through the halls and stair ways. We have stayed here other years to visit family. First it was great. Then just okay but now I would not return.

Summary: This was a very quiet property. Our room overlooked the pool area and had a strong bleach smell all the time. The breakfast was good. Several items to pick from. The facility could use a makeover but was overall mice.
