Positive: Wonderful stay. Excellent rooms, very nice pool and excellent breakfast. spa under renovation, however very good massage available in room. Location close to airport and area has many good food outlets. Overall all the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Special thanks to front office manager Mr. Agus,, staff Ari, Rafael and Dewi, trainees Intan and Diana and Sara for massage for a very enjoyable stay. Highly Recommended.

Negative: At the time of my stay restaurant was temporarily closed in the evening which was a little disappointing the menu looked very good.

Summary: Very good hotel , friendly and helpful staff, good location, excellent rooms and pool.
