Summary: We were in one room, and there were some problems with it, and the gentleman immediately moved us to another room, which I really appreciate it. They have lots of hot water. We didn’t. We didn’t experience any other problems. There once that was taken care of breakfast is not as elaborate as some, but it was good

Summary: Room I got is very spacious, thank goodness AC work but did not seem right. It was either on or off. Internet was very slow. I had to use my mobile hot spot for internet usage for my laptop and tablet. Unfortunately the coffee is one of the worst ones I had ever drank. Bed was clean, water is very hot for showers, love the size of the mini fridge and love the fact mini fridge has freezer. I got use the king size pillow for king size beds. These pillow were your average size pillows but it was still comfortable. I do wish there were more outlets by the bed. I would stay here again.

Summary: We had a king suite booked and when we got to our room the a/c was not working, it was 79 degrees in the room. They didn’t have another suite to move us to so they put us in a regular room. We had planned to stay two nights but wound up leaving and going to a nicer hotel. Staff was very nice though.

Summary: The rooms wasn’t that clean. It was rated an 8.6. Not even close. Maybe an 6.0 There was a blood stain on the comforter. Gross! Baseboards were dirty. Wipe them down.

Summary: The room was pretty clean and the cleaning staff did a fine job. The bedding and pillows are average. It’s still fairly cool outside and there were no warmer blankets on the bed; however, I didn’t request them either. The mattresses could definitely be replaced. They’re very light and slide off the frame, making them quite uncomfortable. The bathroom was fine but the sink was top mounted and took up so much space there was little room for personal items. The faucet was also very loose. I think some remodeling has been done but I was quite surprised that a Best Western would be like this and we were quite disappointed for the price we paid. The ceiling in our room had been very poorly repaired in several areas. A sprinkler in the wall wasn’t fit into the hole cut for it, leaving an open space. I am not a hotel snob but I doubt I’d stay here again unless necessary. The breakfast was by far the worst I’ve experienced. They need to make sure bread items are fresh. Neither of us could eat our bagel the first day. Hockey pucks are an understatement. They were fresher the second day. The rest was just below to average compared to other hotels we’ve experienced. There had been updating to the hotel, but more is definitely needed. The highlight was the pool area, which was clean but the water was quite cold. We still made use of it for as long as we could handle. Did feel warmer our third night. I guess the hotel was below to just average. It just needs some quality work done.
