Summary: We were in Tulsa for a night stay. In the room, felt a strong cigarette smell. I went to the front office and they immediately resolved it by switching me to another room. The were prompt and courteous in responding. That was much appreciated. But cigarette smell in spite of being a smokeless property was unexpected. I rated them highly inspite of this was because of the way they handled the situation.

Summary: Hotel was clean. Manager was very nice and friendly. He came quickly when we could not get our tv working and resolved the issue. Bottom mattress had popcorn on it at the head of the bed. (Manager did inform me that they were short-staffed before check in. There was no elevator, but hotel was only 2 stories. Overall, this was a nice place to stay, good price and good location!
