Summary: Nice hotel to stay when in Jacksonville, quiet and good location. Had friends stay at a different hotel nearby and they complain about the noise and thin walls hearing everything.

Summary: I stayed because my son goes to College in town. Front desk manager is wonderful and very helpful! The hotel is nice and convenient. Breakfast is average for a 3 star, But They need to shampoo or get new carpet. Very dirty and stained in rooms and hallway. My only complaint.
