Positive: This was a nice hotel; It had recently come under new management, and some facilities were worn. When we arrived the elevator was not working, but we were able to secure a ground floor room. The breakfast was good, and the staff were all long time employees and friendly and helpful.

Negative: The Spa was out of commission, as was the elevator. In our room, the lights in the bath were not working, but when we brought it to our attention, the facilities manager quickly repaired the light. Our room had no smoke detector, and the bath smelled of cigarettes.

Summary: Nice hotel in a small town, worth the stay.
