Positive: The property is very nice and I love the pool

Negative: When we left the hotel, all of us had red spots on our legs that were itching. Went to the urgent care and was told it comes from bed bugs. At the hospital when we sat out food on the dresser roaches started coming out. The hotel was nice and clean, but after what happened to all of us. I will never stay there again.

Positive: Breakfast was great. NO microwave in room was a big disappointment.

Negative: Older porperty which is ok but it needs lots of TLC. New carpets and paint would be great. Carpets in hall areas were needing replacement. OLD, dirty wornout, stained and so on.

Summary: Ok, location is the best thing about the property.

Positive: The location was perfect not to far from the beach lots of restaurants and shopping stores.

Negative: Hair dryer did not work in my room and the carpet smells moldy.

Negative: We were constantly rushed to get out exactly at 11am. My children and I were an hour and a half late checking out. The staff knocked on the door at least 5 different times rushing us out! Best Western called the police! We were very discussed being that it was one of the best hotels my children chose! And we've been there on several occasions and never had this issue The eggs for breakfast were also bad. Everything else was great. 😃
