Summary: Breakfast food mediocre. I think the whole motel breakfast has run its course. Food tastes like cardboard, coffee not drinkable, I’m not sure how that can be fixed. Overall good stay.

Summary: Fine for what it was. Room was very humid and musty. Check in was easy and staff was nice. Breakfast was basic but ok.

Summary: So glad I requested the ac to be turned on, very cold! One of the outlet plugs by the bed didn’t work, coffee pot didn’t work, light in bathroom was super dim, had to leave the door open to bath and there was mold around the tub. Other than that, bed was comfy, staff was friendly, breakfast was decent.

Summary: The person at the check-in desk was very nice and helpful. My biggest complaint was this was for a two day stay and I left the hanger on the outside of the door asking for our room to be cleaned for the next night because we needed additional towels and garbage taken out. They did not do anything to the room at all so upon arriving back at the hotel after a long day at the ballpark, we had to make the trip to the front desk to take our used towels and get new towels. Also we didn’t have any room in our garbage cans for trash we had that night.

Summary: We thought we were getting the room with a stove and when we got our room there was an open spot for the stove and no stove. The picture was deceiving. It showed that there was a stove in the room the room looked really nice really nice. So we were going to barbecue also and they said they had a barbecue well found out they didn’t have a barbecue so I didn’t get to go and barbecue my steaks I brought. The pictures were really deceiving, but we made the best of it.

Summary: My one night stay at the best Western Inn in Winchester Tennessee was very pleasant. Tyler the attendant on duty when I checked in and also when I checked out was friendly, professional, and accommodating. Very welcoming, which is always nice when you arrive from a few hours of driving. While the property is a bit older, my room was clean, refrigerator kept my items very cold, the bed was firm with plenty of pillows. Parking lot was well lit and clean as well. The complimentary breakfast was also nice, I highly recommend especially if you're looking for a safe, cleanliness motel with front desk people who are friendly & Personable.
