Summary: Nice deep bathtub and comfortable bed, but TV didn’t work and no coffee at the breakfast buffet.

Summary: The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly that we saw. My husband enjoyed the jetted bathtub. The breakfast was ok. The eggs were very salty. We were nearing the end of breakfast time and they did not refill things. People that came after us did not get some things. We did not use the pool but it looked like a nice pool. We would stay there again

Summary: Great stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and bathtub/shower, nice towels/rags, friendly and helpful staff. Cold fridge. Note - I didn’t have cell signal or data anywhere around the area with Verizon but they had good wifi. Just stayed a night passing through but would certainly stay again.

Summary: Best Western should have comped or discounted rate as The POOL was not operable due to Maintenance. This should have been disclosed before arrival. Very Disappointed in the communication of an Amenity that was not available. .....Otherwise, Very clean, comfortable and SAFE. Would stay here and recommend to others . Just have what you advertise please.

Summary: Clean room and serviced every day. Breakfast was okay, same food every day. Today coffee machine broke so no coffee. Valve in toilet not working, so it took ten minutes to refill after flushing. Not many options in Winchester so you take what's available. At least price was reasonable.

Summary: The pool was out of order. It actually had no water in it at all. Our room was a suite with one AC that worked but didin’t cool the whole space and a mini split that wasn’t connected, so a suite for 5 people it was hot. The stuff was nice, but that’s about the only pleasant thing. The breakfast was cold and didn’t offer a whole lot of options. If the amount of time we were there, it served its purpose but I wouldn’t stay again.
