Summary: Manager and staff are very friendly and enjoyable to talk with. I have been staying at this hotel for over 15 years. It’s close to central Hillerod by foot where you can find the Toyal summer palace and a few great restaurants. Highly recommend

Summary: We stayed one night. We got in late, so the hotel manager knew who we were the minute we walked in. Our room was right down the hall. The hallway to the rooms is interior open space with nice decorations, and our room was right there, very fun classy entryway. Everything was just so neat and precise. It was perfect for getting settled in. The breakfast was beyond anything you ever get in the US. Really exceptional! And any staff we spoke with was polite and friendly and helpful. Top to bottom this is an excellent hotel. 5 Stars no hesitation.

Summary: Innovatively designed hotel situated in a quiet area with a nice dining room for eating in, and good breakfast. On the negative side, the bed lamps are ineffective with a very small bulb pointing upwards that could not be adjusted without risk of damage. I would prefer to see dedicated recycling bins in the rooms instead of an instruction to place recyclable items on the table, which I suspect may not be followed by everyone. The beds seem pretty old and would benefit from an upgrade. It would be good to have more plants in the corridor, as I believe there were in the past.
