Summary: i asked to get the room cleaned 4 times in 3 days never got no one to do it, poor customer service

Summary: While they are renovating I can I ever look some things. Our first night, the A/C hardly kept the room at 75 so I didn’t sleep, the mattress was about as comfortable as a park bench and the toilet paper holder fell out of the cabinet. We got another room to which they happily obliged. The second room had blood drop stains on the couch. Also, the pool is closed permanently.

Summary: No one manning breakfast!! No hot food 1/2 hr prior to breakfast ending time!! Food on carpet near chair. Bed very comfortable!! Accessible room needs higher toilet. Lots of bars in tub, but no slip resistant mat. We’ve stayed here many times but it seems to be slipping!!

Summary: Bed was very uncomfortable, which is just about everything! It definitely needs updating, as the orange carpet went out many years ago. However, I will say it was very clean, which is super important.

Summary: Where do I begin? 1. The maroon throw over the bed had a huge stain. 2. The tub had some stains and strands of hair. 3. We had to ask for disinfectant spray to spray down and clean the space. 4. The quality of the TV was a joke. Pixelated and staticky on most channels. 4. We awoke in the middle of the night to roaches crawling across the tv stand and behind the wall. Completely freaked out. We did not ask to move because if it were in one room, it would have been in any other room. We had to keep our belongings closed up and shook the hell out of items outside before putting them in the car. That alone made the entire stay uncomfortable. Never had this issue in any other Best Western. Disgusting and this place needs an update and an exterminator. We chose this hotel because it was 1 of 3 hotels within close proximity to the wedding venue that we would be visiting. Dont stay here!
