Summary: Stay was one of the worst stays in a long time. Room was dirty, someone else’s food left in refrigerator, ran out of hot water while bathing child, ants in beds of other family members. Made 3 trips to front desk to get room keys to open the door while kids had to wait to go to go bed.

Summary: The air conditioner was way too noisy as was the fan in the bathroom and it didn’t have a separate switch. AC interrupted our sleep

Summary: Floor was dirty, like it had not been swept. The hair dryer stopped working in the middle of using it, it got super hot and started smoking. I had to unplug it. But I did notify the front desk.

Summary: Broken sink stopper...had to climb under sink to release stopper. Toilet didn't flush properly and finally plugged in the morning. The toilet in the Lobby was out of order so we had to go to the gas station next door. The WiFi was so weak that each keystroke took several seconds to process. Overall not a very good value for a $160.00 room! Breakfast was very good.

Summary: It's just an old facility with small crowded rooms. We've gotten used to other lodging brands that offer much nicer rooms/facility. However, the breakfast was very good.

Summary: The room was fine, but with the new vinyl flooring the room felt cold & unwelcoming. The bathroom was small. The complimentary breakfast was very mediocre. Terrible coffee. I couldn’t even finish drinking it. The staff wasn’t friendly either.
