Positive: The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. So happy we were able to be moved into the main building on the bottom floor. The rooms were nice and clean. They beds were very comfortable. Was also very happy to see a microwave and fridge in the room for our use.

Negative: The breakfast was ok. The scrambled eggs were just barley warm. It would have been nice to have bacon with our eggs. Plus, it took too long for the bread too toast properly. It would also have been nice to have had a wider range of items on the menu for supper time.

Positive: Comfortable beds and good quality toiletries

Negative: Loud window type air conditioner, view of roof and walls only. Carpeting in room was old/ worn looking.

Summary: The staff was welcoming and attentive at reception and in bar/ restaurant area. The room was not great.

Positive: The whole stay was very good . We had pets and I could not get a ground floor room the upgraded us for free to ground level room with kitchenette . The included breakfast was perfect way to start the day . The pool was enjoyable . I would highly reccomend the hotel to anyone .
