Positive: Super clean, the staff is wonderful about everything, and breakfast was hot food. Coffee is especially good. Lots of eating nearby, too.

Negative: There was no ice machine on the 2nd floor. Smoking spot is pretty hidden. Found it on day 2. Drunk guest tried to open my kids' connecting room at 2am in his boxers. We shooed him away though.
