Summary: The room was nice and spacious. The only issue is the hotel is made up of two buildings with the second one being down the road. They were putting most guests in the separate building which felt like we were the rejects.

Summary: We had an absolutely great experience! Check in process went smoothly! Our room was so clean and comfy. Checking out was so quick and easy! The only thing I did not like is the $30 pet fee, but other than that, it was the best hotel experience so far.

Summary: We stayed one night to do some shopping in the area. The hotel was ok. There was a terrible odor as soon as we walked onto the floor we were on and our room had it as well. The tub needs to be replaced, it was all rusted but the worst part was the black mold around it. Overall for one night it was fine but beyond that probably wouldn’t recommend.

Summary: My family (dog included) used this hotel as a one night layover on our trip to another destination in Maine. The stay was exactly what we needed when we needed it. The room was good. The common areas of the hotel (not check in location) could be updated but overall no complaints. This place was very pet friendly.

Summary: The check in was strange to me because you need to check into a building that's a few blocks from the hotel. The hotel is only 2 levels but if you have any handicap needs, let them know because there is no elevator. The staircases were steaming hot, not sure why they weren't air conditioned like the rest of the place. There is a telephone outside the door if you need to call the front office. The room itself was good, it was clean and had a microwave and small refrigerator. Within 5 miles you will find several restaurant choices.

Summary: We were given a room at the alternate site. We were told we would see the signs for it. We didn't. It is very hard to see the signs from the road. The stair hallway was very hot. We couldn't get our room to a comfortable temperature. The shower didn't give out much water.

Summary: The showerhead was nonfunctional to the point where it felt like you’re standing under a leaky gutter. The shower floor was pretty gross and stained. The pillows were amongst the most terrible I’ve ever had (I’ve been staying in hotels for three decades) The cable service was freezing up a lot Front desk staff were super friendly! They had a pretty view from the back of the building. Easy access to the freeway.
