Positive: Spacious, modern and well equipped room with very comfortable beds.

Negative: The fact that it was on two sites. Check-in was on one site, our room on a different site. Between the two sites are major road works and three way traffic lights. Following check-in Room entry cards did not work that meant two further journeys through the three way traffic lights before we could get into our room. A further two journeys to check-out, very frustrating.

Negative: Price too high for the amenities. No vending machines. Have to rely on Uber if you don’t have a car. The lobby is separated from the rooms.

Summary: The stay was just OK. The staff was wonderful.

Positive: It was decently clean and close to shopping

Negative: It was old ,looked like no renovations for years. You had to drive away from where you checked in and no one was in the parking lot. It was a separate building several blocks away. We asked for a ground floor room because there were no elevators to the third floor and they said no room was available even though there were no cars in the parking lot. It felt very creepy. Even in the morning when we left there were only a dozen cars. I did not feel safe and put chairs in front of of the door. Would never stay there again.

Negative: No elevator. We are in our late 70s and should not have to carry heavy suitcases up stairs. We were placed in a separate building 1/4 mile from the main facility. Dark and creepy.
