Summary: Staff was courteous. Room was average, but sufficient. TV worked on the first, but not the second day. No washcloths were in the room, but the front desk gave me 3. Breakfast was below average. Biscuits were dry and crumbly. Yogurt was good.

Summary: The staff were exceptionally pleasant. The room was nice. There was an issue with a leaky toilet that we made aware of to the staff. They were very quick in responding to getting that fixed.

Summary: I don’t believe this place has been upgraded since they first opened. The bathroom door looked like something attacked the bottom of it, the sheet on the bed was ripped and I kept getting my foot caught in it, and there was a smell in the room and a damprid bag hanging. Cobwebs in bathroom and areas that really needed attention in the bathroom. No one at the front desk often.

Summary: This is the best hotel in the surrounding area. I back tracked just to stay here another night because it was by far the best choice from Flora to Vincennes. The cost is reasonable and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast was superb as well. The staff was awesome and I met and spoke to three different staff members so I'm not saying this just about one person. They really made me feel like a valued guest. Everything in my room worked properly and it was very clean. I could not hear other guests so my stay was restful and peaceful. Thank you BW Flora!

Summary: Location and available parking . The breakfast bar was horrible at best, no selection, no quality, and no creamer for coffee. We normally stay where there is free breakfast, we normally have to leave early and it is very convenient!

Summary: Great little place to stay. It is an older hotel but the staff were excellent and the room was clean. Breakfast was great and the staff kept it refreshed.
