Summary: Breakfast was decent for an included breakfast. The feel was "almost". There was a bathroom, but it was out of paper towel. There was a juice machine but it was only apple juice. There were waffles, but no syrup. There was sausage but it tasted like rubber. The staff was there, but seemed like they did not want to be bothered.

Summary: I really wanted to like this place because it’s in a convenient area, but for the price, it was pretty underwhelming. The sofa bed mattress was thin and lumpy, and there was no linen in the room for it, so I had to go to the front desk to get some. Not a huge deal, but definitely inconvenient. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. There was Kleenex stuffed into a hole in the wall by the vanity, and somehow there were tampon wrappers stuck to the ceiling — one above the bed and another in the corner. As a mom, I’ve seen some things… but that was a first. Housekeeping entered the room while I was out and did a quick clean and replaced towels, which I appreciate, but I wasn’t expecting anyone to come in without notice. Then on checkout day, a cleaner tried to come in about two hours early, which felt rushed and uncomfortable. They do offer breakfast from 6–9, but I didn’t get a chance to try it due to time constraints. On the plus side, the front desk staff were very polite and helpful when I asked for extra pillows and a blanket. Overall, I’d say this place is average at best. With better attention to detail and more oversight on cleaning, it could be a lot better.

Summary: The room appeared clean but had an odor that later seemed to come from central unit. The towels smelled sour. I would think the towels and sheets would smell like they were washed in bleach but they didn’t.

Summary: The room appeared clean. Beds were ok. Could have used 2 soaps, one for shower and one for sink. I’m not a fan of open sink areas. It was a little noisy from the main road but that quieted down as it got later. Front desk person was very nice. No elevator so if you have problems with stairs, don’t stay here. All in all it was adequate.

Summary: Room was clean, floor needs replaced. Laminate flooring creeps as you walk on it. TV doesn’t work with logging into your own accounts. Bed was comfortable and loved the bathtub.
