Positive: It was very clean, staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was good.

Negative: I didn't like being on the 2nd floor w/no elevator. I realize that 12-15 steps aren't many for most but certain health conditions can make that task a bit challenging for some. I get it if you're completely booked, but if you're not, come on.

Positive: The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was ok. Overall the staff was accommodating and courteous. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable enough.

Negative: There was no elevator! The swimming pool was drained. My room key started not to work on the second night and they had a hard time fixing it.
