Positive: This hotel was clean and tucked away in a commercial area. That was a little disappointing, but it was close to the freeway and since we were doing something that didn’t require us to be at the hotel much it was fine for our needs. The bed was very comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. The bathroom was clean, but very small, but that’s normal in an older Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful so all in all it was a positive experience. I had accidentally left some clothes there and didn’t realize it until three days later. When I called, I was cheerfully told that yes they had the clothes and all I had to do was give them my credit card number and they arranged for them to be shipped to my house. I really appreciate Things like this!

Negative: This hotel like many others uses premade and low quality breakfast items which honestly is getting to be old. I know it is a cost cutting measure, but I don’t even consider a hotel like this offering breakfast part of the value of booking anymore.

Positive: We stay here often and the staff are very pleasant. The breakfast is always good and fresh.

Negative: Hotel needs some updating! Light above door in room would not shut off, switch is broken(fire hazard) cleaning staff removed the bulb for me. Door knob in bathroom is falling off and thermostat in room was disconnected and falling off the wall.

Summary: We like the location and proximity to the local attractions.

Positive: Lady at the counter when we checked in was super nice!

Negative: Small bathroom.. The only thing is the bathroom door in 139. Needs fixed didn't seem like it really wanted to shut. And you had to walk all the way to the side of the toilet to shut the door.

Positive: great breakfast, clean comfortable rooms. The doors on the rooms were mice. Had everything you needed, like a big refrigerator.

Negative: carpets in hall stained. fitness center could be fixed up.
