Summary: This hotel is a great value. With updated decor, it’s very nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again.

Summary: The hotel is in the middle of major construction. It is difficult to get to and then difficult to get back on to the highway. The hotel was outdated and appeared dirty, especially the floors.

Summary: We checked in to a well appointed room.The desk staff was open and friendly. We found a dirty fridge, which with a bit of soap and hot water was clean and useable. We enjoyed the quiet room, great parking and the closeness to our activities. The construction was a minor worry but a nearby Starbucks made up for it.

Summary: We were disappointed in the condition of the property and grounds. The rooms were decent, no working phones, a broken, taped up desk chair. We asked for cleaning service for two days and did not get it. Finally on check out of the 3rd day at 9am, when we needed the rest, they were ready to clean the room and get us out.

Summary: Check in was really long but the staff was patient and kind. We got a handicap room (not by request) and there were no doors to the bathroom. So it was uncomfortable for bathroom time during our stay. We have stayed here before and loved it. But even handicap individuals need privacy in the bathroom. Why no doors?!?!

Summary: The hotel was nice. We appreciated the family suite...2 bathrooms for our family of 5. The breakfast was much better than similar hotels.

Summary: When I arrived to check in (which was after the posted check in time) there were 4 employees behind the desk, but 2 were preoccupied with something else, so only 1 person was checking people in. Because of this, the line was very long. Then, during my check in, the employee told me they had no rooms available that were clean. He had to call around to find out where we could be placed. We were put in a room behind the building where the parking is very limited. Also finding the actual hall where our room was located was not on the map the front desk gave us.

Summary: The rooms A/C unit wasn't working properly the entire time we were there. Maintenance came several times to fix. If i was a manager there, I would have moved us to a different room. One night the temp got up to 76F. I was with 3 kids and a dog so dealing with this issue and the maintenance guys was cery difficult.
