Positive: The location. We came to town to visit a relative in a nursing facility.

Negative: The rates had been increased to triple the normal level due to it being graduation weekend for MSU. I accepted this because I had no other available options. There was no hot water at all in the morning and the room was very run down. It was definitely not a $350.00 experience.
