Reviewer Type: Couple
Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The staff was friendly and pooled looked nice even though we did not use it.
Negative: The king suite roomed we stayed in was very run down. It advertises a balcony but doesn’t mention it’s not outside- it overlooks the pool room. Feels creepy as hell sitting there watching families swim. There was a broken tile in the bathroom and rips in the ceiling plaster. Not worth the price at all.

Reviewer Type: Couple
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: A short 15 min drive from downtown Lansing, but very quiet and remote. Make sure to check out the Mega Mall down the road if you like thrifting.
Negative: Breakfast was free but just ok. None of the vending machines worked. Would have been nice to have a place to purchase small conveniences or snacks, since I didn't get in until midnight.
Summary: No frills but very comfy bed & room, and a quiet place to rest.

Travel Purpose: business
Negative: The staff at the front desk when I checked in was a little rude because I could not understand him and I asked him what a couple times. I did not eat the breakfast, but I did drink the coffee.
Summary: I would say that the hotel is average

Positive: It appears that Best Western is not consistent with all locations. We stayed at the one at Okemos Mich and it was superb. Dewitt was unclean, building and property not well maintained. This will affect my future consideration for Best Western in future as you don't know what you will get .
Negative: Not consistent between stores.
