Positive: Spacious location, rooms were quiet despite the railroad nearby. Very convenient location if working within 30 miles of Mojave.

Negative: 1 ice dispenser machine was broken, and the other was barely working.

Summary: Stress free, relaxing, and comfortable motel, with very friendly staff.

Positive: We had to stay overnight last minute in Mohave due to both roads heading west to Bakersfield closed due to 1) a wildfire; 2) a truck accident. This property was clean and recently updated . Decent hot breakfast. Offered from 6-9 am.

Negative: Proximity to the train tracks. However, they did offer free earplugs.

Summary: Best option and value in town.

Positive: Spotlessly clean where it counts. There is nothing flashy or impressive here, but it fulfills the purpose of an unobjectionable overnight stay without fault. The bathroom was very, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was satisfying, and the woman looking after the breakfast room was pleasant. There's actually a real charm to the industrial desert location. I'd happily stay again.

Positive: The beds were comfortable and clean. The lady at the check out was very kind, friendly and helpful. Also the cleaning lady who helped to unclog the toilet was very nice. The breakfast was nice and so was the lady who refilled the scrambled egg tray shortly before breakfast time ended.

Negative: The room wasn’t clean. There was a big wet spot on the carpet in front of the bathroom. The toilet was clogged. The lady at the reception (check in) was not very friendly or welcoming.

Summary: The room was old and in a bad condition.

Negative: The first room the AC wasn't working. The second room was very hot when I arrived. Apparently the cleaning staff turned it off after cleaning that morning. Left note with staff because if I hadn't been so tired, I probably would of left. AC did finally cool off room so I could sleep.
