Summary: Front staff was very kind, and the hot breakfast was very nicely done. The room was the problem…bed very uncomfortable and the room had a VERY strong smell of deodorizer ( seemed to be covering up for an awful smell.) It was so strong, we had a very hard time breathing through it to sleep. Also, guests arguing and yelling until around 3:00AM.

Summary: Excellent from the moment we arrived. Greeted with a smile. She told us she just made a fresh pot of coffee. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our fridge and microwave were nice size. Pool area was clean. Breakfast was very nice with a nice variety. Staff at breakfast made sure everything was always full. They made you feel like family

Summary: The beds were more like Full size beds, but they were clean, comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The rest of the room was clean, as well as the bathroom. The hot water was plentiful and the a/c was cold. The coffee was hot and strong, not watered down and breakfast was excellent! Our first time stay at this Best Western for an overnight stop after a long day of driving was perfect! Thank you!!!
