Positive: I was in town to visit family and wanted to stay close by to maximize my time in town. The Best Western was perfectly located, quiet and clean. The continental breakfast was well stocked and tasty. I will be back!

Positive: Location was great. It was within 6 minutes of everything we needed (church, restaurants, groceries, etc.) We enjoyed the indoor pool and breakfast each morning.

Negative: The rooms REALLY need a deep cleaning. I do believe they were surface level clean. Examples: clean sheets, toilets, etc. However, when you took a moment to look at things closed it was not. There were booger looking swipes on the wall by the bed, dust and residue build up in different places. It needs good deep cleaning. It would have been more enjoyable.

Positive: We stayed in the Ringling Suite and were blown away at how clean everything was. The breakfast was better than expected and the staff are friendly and professional. We extended our stay for the weekend and haven't regretted it.

Negative: The balcony doorframe does need repairs.
