Summary: The woman who checked us in after a long, long travel day was wonderful! We had a bad week with a family crisis, and she was exactly the person I needed last night. I wish I could remember her name, because I will forever remember her sweet southern hospitality. And we travel a lot from TX-CO and back, and I will stay here again because of her. I hope you all let her know how crucial she was in a hard, hard time.

Summary: The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating but I was surprised to find that this property was very dated and was a motel rather than hotel - I do not like pulling up to an outside door and wasn’t prepared for that. - it did not feel as safe as the usual rooms inside a hotel that I am used to.
