Summary: Good place except for the cramped breakfast room

Summary: The hotel itself and the room were fine. The serious issue we had was the swimming pool. When we tried to use the pool, the steps and the bottom surface of the pool were so slick that I fell just stepping on the top step. I grabbed the hand rail, which was not secure and swung away from me. I landed on another step and finally tried to stand on the pool floor and it was also very slick. I still have a giant black and blue spot from hitting. I told two different from desk staff about the accident and issue. The first just shrugged it off and said he would let the GM know, showing no real concern at all. The second person showed a bit more concern, but I doubt anything was going to be done. It was very concerning they showed such a lack of concern that a guest could have been seriously injured.

Summary: AC filters were clogged and dirty. Dust everywhere and body wash, shampoo and Toilet paper were empty. The suite was roomy and had nice bay si does. Breakfast was excellent.

Summary: AC didn’t work. The night staff was unable to help but said he would speak to the manager about compensation. Morning staff said they were busy but would call me later in the day. No response after several days

Summary: Needed a place to stay between flights and this hotel did the trick. Clean, quiet and safe. It was a little pricey for the location but I booked last minute and was able to rest and be on my way the next day.

Summary: This was a very clean, newly renovated hotel the bed was comfortable and the best part about it was the shower at the best water pressure I’ve ever experienced in my life
