Positive: When I needed a different iron they brought it to the room right away..

Negative: When we got there the room wasn’t all that clean there was stains on the night stand they didn’t whip also webs on the lamp also there was food left over in the freezer the towels were dingy looking the floor dirty.

Summary: Other then what I said it was ok they need new pillows too they are too flat..

Positive: The breakfast was wonderful..I didn't get the lady name who serves the breakfast but she is such a sweetheart she also doubles as housekeeping ..we stayed for a week it was great

Negative: The balcony needs some TLC. It was crumbling

Positive: It had all the basic element one needs on a short trip.

Negative: The room was not clean when we got there. We could see dust on the floor, dirt under the bed and stains and hair in the shower.
