Positive: We appreciated the free parking and included breakfast. We only spent one night there on the way to Toronto but we liked that the hotel was located close to Walmart and a shopping mall with restaurants. The room was clean, spacious with comfortable bed and a sofa.

Negative: Soundproofing should be better. Our room was on the ground floor, right in front of the door that was leading to the elevator and we could hear the big group of people arriving and talking loudly waiting for the elevator at 10-11pm. Additionally, we could also hear people talking loudly in the hallway during the night and early morning. The water pressure was weak and handheld shower head would’ve been better, more comfortable. Breakfast selection was disappointing. Having visited multiple Best Western hotels in the past, we were expecting more selection. When we arrived at breakfast there was no milk and we were told there was no more milk. We found this very odd but fortunately the milk was refilled app. 15 mins later. The machine for the waffle batter was also not working and using the “bottle” to pour the batter was inefficient.

Negative: The bed.

Positive: They were amazing especially with our pets. Staff were very welcoming and even gave our dogs some cookies. This was our first time ever bringing our dogs along on a trip that we had to stay in a hotel for.

Positive: This was our first time staying at a Best Western and it will definitely not be our last! Everything was great! The bed was perfect...room amenities were fantastic...shower was amazing!! Breakfast was a typical hotel hot breakfast, nothing to complain about! Highly recommended!
