On The Beach is superb modern detached house situated right on the seafront in the pretty fishing village of Balintore This stunning architect-designed house will appeal to families and groups wishing to enjoy the ultimate beach holiday. The main living room, is on the first floor. It has its own balcony, maximising the stunning panoramic views across the sea and along the sandy beach. There are four generously proportioned bedrooms ( three en suite with a separate family bathroom). The spacious master bedroom also has a dressing room. Summary: AS a family we paid a little more to stay here, it was worth every penny. The house was spotless on arrival and beautifully thought through. Our sons loved their own rooms with en-Suite, the house was well resourced, we liked the provision of toiletries in all bathrooms as well. Great social space both downstairs and upstairs and the view was stunning. We wanted to take the house home with us, it was fantastic. Met the owners and the in-laws who were very welcoming and made sure we were happy. It was a lovely fortnight holiday, we are looking forward to returning before too long!

Summary: Our second visit to On the Beach, and definitely not our last. We all loved our week in Balintore - the weather was a bit mixed but there was plenty of dry weather for the children to enjoy the beach, building sand castles and flying their kite. The house is ideal for a family, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, plenty of space, and of course those amazing views of the waves rolling onto the beach. We really appreciated the new downstairs television, and the stairgate was extremely useful too. We can't wait to go back.

Summary: Loved our holiday so much that we were going to book again for next year. Very disappointed that for the same holiday, the price had been increased by nearly £1000 for one week, a joke. We will be booking elsewhere.

Summary: Had a wonderful time at this lovely house On The Beach lives up to its name the view is amazing ! A stones throw from the beautiful beach makes it very easy to enjoy While we were there the weather was great so plenty time spent in the sea

Summary: We enjoyed a fantastic holiday here with our young family and some of their grandparents. The location is incredible and the view spectacular and ever changing. Tain with its larger shops is just a short drive away, and the Black Isle is very accessible using the Nigg ferry. We'd highly recommend a wildlife boat trip with Ecoventures. The house itself was brilliant, well equipped and very clean. We'd love to go back.

Summary: We as a family love the location such a beautiful place , the view was so lovely with the changing weather and from day to evening there was always something to look at . The cottage was great, and David was helpful too . The property was well presented and there was lots of extra items there to help with your stay . Very clean and tidy I really like the downstairs living space and the bedrooms were all good sizes with plenty of bathrooms. However for me I felt there were a few items that could of been improved on to really make that stay perfect. (I’m only say this from my own holiday cottages) Towels for shower - need to be bath sheets Bedding- pillows and duvet need replacing for a better quality. Mattress were very hard for us a memory foam topper would be great . From my experience I know this would be a hugely successful.
