Positive: Great location. Easy to take the bus or subway anywhere! Very thoughtful details included such as potable wifi, wet wipes, room deodorizer, cleaning supplies, etc.

Negative: A little on the small size, especially bathroom for family of four.

Positive: The location is very comfy, very close to bus stops both to Shinjuku station and to Shibuya 109. A family Mart is also very close in front of the bus stop so it is very comfy to drop by the fam mart to buy food for dinner and / breakfast in our room after comeback from sight seeing.

Negative: Although the room is not spacious (like the most common condition of the apartment/hotel room in Japan), turns out it is just fit three us with three luggages very well.

Summary: Location is great, the host is superbly very nice and helpful, neighbourhood is quiet and safe.
