Summary: The unit was very clean and well supplied. Communication with the owner was great. The location was close to activities, but lots of noise late at night on the street. The stairs were pretty steep, and I’m a little “heights challenged”. My suggestion would be if you’re going as a couple, pack two smaller bags vs one large one. All in all, a pretty good experience.

Summary: The apartment was right across from the Amtrak station so we didn’t need a car. It’s close proximity to fun bars, great restaurants, and shopping! It’s a beautiful, clean, and super comfy place. It’s perfect for couples!

Summary: Fabulous downtown Washington location! Close to numerous delightful gathering places for meals and local area wines and beers! Beautiful well appointed apartment in wonderful old brick building with old brick accent walls and peaceful, pale blue, gray and white modern furnishings. It is a modern steel in an old historic Riverside building. And the no river view from within the apartment as soon as outside and facing front street the river view is awesome! As is typical this time of year the water level is near flood stage. The river trail is a delight for morning or evening walks , quiet and peaceful! I’ve recommended it to local friends who may have out-of-town family or friends visiting.

Summary: This was just the size we needed for a couple’s weekend away! The linens were soft and smelled so fresh and clean. Spacious shower in a bright cheery bathroom. Inside the room looked just like the photos and you can see the river from some of the windows. There is a bell that rings every hour (sometimes more) and you can hear people talking down on the sidewalks and in the parking lot. So if you are a light sleeper, be aware. Nothing a noise machine/app can’t take care of. Also, lots of light comes into the room at night so bring a sleeping mask if you need darkness to sleep. Wish there was a way to cover the little window over the door. Several places to walk to within just 2 blocks and lots more places all within a short walking distance. On weekends the parking lot can overflow, so you may have to walk about a block to your room if you can’t get a spot behind the building. Lots of stairs to get to the room and then the kitchen is a step up from the rest of the room, which didn’t bother us, but worth keeping in mind. Host communication was great!

Summary: 1-how can you rent rooms with the bar blasting music on the street below, till 2 am? It’s December and windows are closed and still very noisy. 2-entry stairs and ramp feel like they won’t last the winter. The room was really nice.

Summary: Adorable place in a perfect location. Clean...cute ..well appropriated. Stairs are a little steep. Overnight light outside of unit shines in thru overdoor window and the type of blinds on windows do not allow any kind of dark sleep or sleeping in. The rest of the place was GREAT! Decor was perfect.

Summary: Property was in perfect location with everything we could need. Manager was very communicative which we appreciated! Only issue was being right in downtown, the train woke me up throughout the night so if you’re a light sleeper I recommend ear plugs but other than that five star visit!
