Looking to escape the hustle of the city or have a serene place to work from? Or are you looking for a vacation spot for the family? Whatever your reasoning for needing to escape, this space will not disappoint!
This quiet massive house sits on just under an acre. The house itself is 3500 square feet. It has 6 TVs and an office area. It also has a patio for just enjoying the outdoors. Come treat yourself to a cozy nicely kept secret.
Here are our housekeeping rules:
• Place any used towels and washcloths in the white baskets provided on the day that you check out. The baskets will be located upstairs.
• WASH AND PUT AWAY dishes used back where they were originally located in the kitchen.
• Absolutely, NO SHOES on the carpet anywhere in the home.
• Only flush tissue down the toilet (No paper towels, tampons, etc). We have a septic tank, and we would like to keep that working properly.
• Please DON’T use any glue, tape, or adhesive to place anything on the walls. For any damage to the walls, we will charge a $55 fee per wall.
• Please make sure that ALL guests park in the driveway. Our driveway accommodates 10-12 cars. We want to provide a respectable vacation rental for every guest and respect our neighbors at the same time.
• Please do not park or drive on the grass. For every car that drives or parks on the grass, we will charge $75. We work hard to provide a beautiful environment for everyone to enjoy which includes our grass. Driving/parking a vehicle on it can damage or even inhibit grow.
• Please NO loud noise outside after 11 pm. We like to be respectful to our neighbors.
• During check-out, please empty ALL trash cans in the home and place ALL bags used in the large trash cans provided. They are located on the outside patio.
• Absolutely, NO SMOKING ANYWHERE on the property. Our property is SMOKE FREE. That also includes ANYWHERE OUTSIDE as well. We have a 3-year-old that likes to pick up any and everything! For any cigarette or smoking device found or left on the property, we will charge $1,000, for the extra cleanup that entails.
We ask that everyone adheres to the check out time. Our cleaners are on a strict schedule and any UNAPPROVED delay disrupts the flow. We will charge an extra $20 per 30 minutes for the inconvenience.
For any UNAPPROVED additional guests that stay overnight, there will be a $50 charge. Please be upfront with us about how many people you plan to accommodate.
For early check-in, there is a flat fee of $45. Early check-in involves us speeding up our cleaners.

Summary: Phenomenal experience!!! I’d definitely rent this one again for my family!!!❤️ We had an Amazing Time for my birthday! Stores and shopping weren’t that far away! We also went bowling at Fun Bowl In McDonough. The house accommodated myself my fiancé, three daughters their significant other’s , two grandchildren and my mom! Comfortably!! Thank you Mr and Mrs Bell for making this one of the best birthdays ever!!!!🥳 We brought in the New Year with Love

Summary: What can I say! The home is absolutely beautiful but Mr.Bell and family are absolutely amazing! I can not say enough about how accommodating and sweet they were. Mr. Bell took all the stress out of planning our stay! He went over and beyond. My God daughter and her family decided to come at the last moment and Mr. Bell not only put up a blow up bed for them he made a bed for my granddaughter. They were able to just come in an rest. Each time I sent a message to Mr. Bell he responded in minutes! Lastly, It was a rough week for me. I was dealing with death of a close friend. Mr. Bell and family took the time to send me the sweetest message and prayers. I will always stay here if the opportunity arises!!! Do not pass this home up! Not only is the house a gem, so are the host!! We made so many memories that will never be forgotten! Best stay in McDonough!!!!

Summary: The house is amazing! Everything it says it has.....it does. A few things they might want to think of, closet space for the guests. It would have been nice to have use of the closets for the rooms. Use of the garage would have been nice. We needed more towels and washcloths, sheets for the air mattress, and blankets. There were no blankets. The back yard was great, the kids loved the play space. Very quiet and safe feeling neighborhood. Put the note about no shoes in the house in the listing and maybe the front door so it can be seen before the carpet is walked on with shoes. Over all, great experience! If the owners allow us to I would rent from them again. I promise you won't be disappointed.
