Summary: Overall, we had a great time with family and friends, but there are a few things that need to be noted for future trips. (1) There is only table seating for 4 people (which is in the kitchen). There is a big dining room, but there is no dining room table. This information needs to be noted on the website in the property description, particularly for the size of groups that will stay here. If we had known this, we would have brought folding tables for Thanksgiving dinner. (2) The master bathroom is very nice, but there was not enough hot water to fill up the jacuzzi tub, so we did not get to enjoy that particular feature. (3) There was no cold water in the kitchen during the entire stay, but the homeowner was very communicative about this and did all they could considering it was a holiday weekend. As all homeowners know, sometimes these things just happen. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Summary: The home was just as described on VRBO. Very nicely appointed and plenty of room for our family group of eight. We were alerted to an initial problem with the AC before our arrival but this was addressed by an HVAC service call shortly after we arrived and all was taken care of. Loved the home.

Summary: Unfortunately, my family and I were staying in West Point, MS because we were there to attend my father-in-law’s funeral in the nearby city of Okalona. This Vrbo was great for my family and satisfied all of our needs, especially during this time of bereavement. The property manager was great and communicated promptly. Thank you for accommodating us and for providing a safe, warm place for us during this time.
