This is a Lake house in the Berry Lake Community. Our neighbors are friendly and inviting. Enjoy the lake by sitting on the porch and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail at night while watching the ducks and swans swim across the lake or bring your fishing poles and fish off the dock. You can bring canoes or kayaks and put in at the launch a couple of blocks away from the house. Our lakes are peaceful, no wake lakes so speed boats or jet skis won't bother you. Our home is very cozy and is decorated in lake décor. We are close to Hillsdale College (football, basketball, sporting events, graduations, parent weekend, etc.), antique shops, other lakes, and Amish stores. Our home is fully stocked with bedding, towels, laundry supplies, kitchen supplies, if you want to cook, as well as internet. We also have some games and an assortment of books for your enjoyment. If you are looking for a quiet getaway this is it while still within driving distance of many area highlights.

Summary: We had a very nice time. Beautiful scenery and got to watch momma and daddy swan with there babies. Only thing that wasn't great was a neighbor played loud music all day and most of each night we were there.

Summary: We loved the property and the location. The property owner should be aware though that on the first night of our stay another party showed up at 11:30pm and claimed the property had been double booked.

Summary: House was very clean. Had everything you need for a stay. All you need to bring are clothes and food and your all moved in for your stay. Very quite neighborhood

Summary: This is a nice place to relax, as we always connect with local family, when we visit. As families always congregate in the kitchen, the view of the channel is beautiful from there. Fog on the channel in the morning, as the sun was rising was amazing! Thanks for another good visit!

Summary: We stayed at Berry Lake to visit family on a neighboring lake and truthfully spent very little time at the property. The property was as described; an older manufactured home, very clean with ample room for two or a family. The rooms were spacious and although we didn’t cook the kitchen appeared to be well stocked. We did have an issue connecting to the Wifi. The network domain and password provided in the checkin paperwork is different than the actual information needed. The owner was quick to respond and resolve the issue. The property was clean and comfortable. We will stay here again when in the area.

Summary: Was a great location for us, about 3 minutes to my cousins lake house where we had a family get together. The home was well furnished and many amenities included. We arrived after dark, and was difficult to locate because no house numbers were on the mailbox or front(roadside) of the house. Better lighting outside would also help greatly. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. It’s a quite comfortable, well equipped home. A couple small glitches with the wifi and hot water heater, but overall we were pleased.
