Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff were really helpful. We were visiting ancient Sardis and the receptionist made sure we got transport to and from the site and made sure that the price was fair. I would strongly recommend this hotel as a base for visiting Sardis.

Negative: It seems like a hotel aimed more at business people than tourists. But it’s perfectly suitable for tourists if required.

Positive: The hotel is in a very central location and this of course has pros and cons. There were renovation works ongoing during my stay so of course the hotel wasn't at its best. The staff was professional and helpful, the concierge spoke perfect English. My room was very large, very elegant and well organized. The bathroom was extremely nice, the furniture elegant and sober. I left early so I could not try the breakfast, but the restaurant area looked nice and well organized.

Negative: There was no parking and I had to park on the sidewalk in front of the hotel, though it looked like the area was normally used for that purpose, and the location looked very safe.
