Summary: Clean room, front desk staff was great, accommodated early check in/late checkout. The staff during breakfast was variable. The breakfast buffet was ok. The location was great. The bathroom/tub were great as well. The beds were comfortable. The robes looked super worn, definitely overdue for replacement.

Summary: Excellent. Five star worthy hotel located adjacent to the Uffizi palazzo vecchio. The location can’t be beat and the hotel staff and amenities are exceptional. Traveler tip: it’s a long walk from the train station over rough cobble stones. Take a taxi if you can!

Summary: Bernini Palace is an excellent place to stay in historic Florence. It is very close to Il Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi, Santa Croce, and many other popular places to visit. The room was spotless and the staff was very accommodating. This was our second stay here and we would highly recommend the property to others.
