Negative: The pool water looks greenish.. And the slides for childrens have a cracks, possible danger for kids... My dauhter spotted a young snake 2 times... Could be poisones.. I hope management can take a look into this and make necessary prevention.. Overall the resort really clean... The room are nice... Landscape well maintained... Staff are helpfull... Can make some improvement in the menu

Positive: I enjoyed the large clean pool. The room was spacious and the king bed was comfortable. The grounds were well maintained and the breakfast was good. Access to the beach and lovely sunset. Proximity to the Borneo Cultural Village.

Negative: It was difficult to order grab rides from Berringis. If you don’t have a car, I’d recommend additional planning and scheduling rides in advance. Unfortunately the spa portion of the resort is no longer operational.

Summary: Resort is beautiful and well maintained. A nice escape from KK.
