Positive: room and facilities is great Ala carte food is fantastic and its recommended

Negative: CCTV is pointing to our room row area (Dinawan wing). I went near the post and see where the camera is focusing. Confirm it is pointing at rooms. This make us uncomfortable (Guest Privacy)! anyway, i only realised on the last day soo i didn't bother much to complaint. Morning breakfast is not recommended! we pay for a 4 star resort and we have to "wait" for food / drink refilling. This is unacceptable. Chef / restaurant manager should be always ready all times and not until its finish then start to cook to refill.

Summary: have a very good weekend stay EXCEPT the morning breakfast N CCTV pointing direction

Positive: The beach was so clean and well looked after. Our stay was quiet with no one else in the pool and the room was spacious

Positive: I like the scenery and the beautiful garden. The room and the bathroom was nice.

Negative: I am disappointed with the breakfast, not to my expectation. Not much food was served, furthermore it was far from my room, have to walk on a hot sunny day to the place.

Summary: overall, the place was nice, the swimming pool was nice if it has a shade.

Positive: Like the fauna and floras, clean pool, clean room.

Negative: Maybe cleanliness at beach area and basketball area so can do more activities with kid. The oxtail still frozen inside while served at dinner. Mosquito need to be take care too at restaurant area.
