Positive: I wanted to praise the accommodation in the resort, the apartment was spacious, clean and tastefully furnished. The staff was pleasant and kind and the receptionist Josef made a positive impression on us when we arrived. The breakfasts were rich with quality products. The location was very convenient in terms of skiing. You just put on your skis at the building and ride them to the lift and on the way back you ski back to the building. Simply idyllic. The slopes were always perfectly groomed in the morning, only the weather was not very favorable for snow (a little warm), but mostly sunny. Positive: The stay was very comfortable. The hotel is well managed and very well organized. It also has a very convenient connection with the ski slopes, so you can quite literally ski to the resort. The food was ok, for breakfast and lunch there are both buffets. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was also very well stocked with cutlery, plates and cooking amenities. The bathroom was as well clean and had all the basic requirements that a bathroom should have. The room has two TV with working Youtube and Netflix without the necessity of signing in. It also has cupboards and wardrobes with added hangers.

Negative: The location is in the middle of a mountain, so in winter it is adviced to bring snow chains, since its very steep with sharp turns. The parking is only avaliable in the garage which is 1.90m tall, so bigger cars or cars with a "roof bag" cannot really go inside. If you are chosing yhis hotel because the pool, please keep in mind that it is under complete chaos from 4:00 to 6.00 pm, since all the kids go there at that tume and it is unbearable. There is also no survelliance or lifeguard on duty. Some ros have complained that it is too hot, others tjat the heating system doesnt even work. The satff is kind, but at rush hours there can come to a lack of service. You also have to check out at 10am on the day of your departure so you have to then clean the room, take out the trash, wait for hotel staff approval and drive and pray that there is a parking in front of the ski slopes (IF you wish to ski that same day).

Positive: Stayed 5 nights in August. The apartment is spacious, clean and modern, and the staff were mostly amazing—super friendly and genuinely helpful. There are many trails for short hikes.

Negative: But the description is misleading. It is a self-service apartment, not a resort. No housekeeping, no replenishment of soap or toilet paper, and you’re expected to haul your own trash to the car park daily. The “mountain views” don’t exist, the restaurant was closed despite full occupancy, and there’s no breakfast included—just a sad lobby table where you can buy pastries. You get two coffee capsules for your entire stay, and no tea bags. Add a €2.50 “spa tax” per person per night even if you never touch the spa. From the resort to the nearest town, it is a 9 km winding mountain drive.

Summary: Modern and comfortable but not too accessible and totally self-serviced and self-equipped stay

Positive: The one-bedroom apartment was spacious, very clean and well equipped. The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating going above and beyond taking care of us. The resort is situated in wonderful nature and has 7 hiking trails in its surroundings ranging from very easy to demanding all offerning fantastic views of Carinthia and beyond. The chair lift can take you to the top of the mountain or down to the village of Treffen and a lot of interesting sights are half an hour drive away (takes about 15 minutes to drive from the resort to Treffen which is at the bottom of the mountain). We stayed in mid-July and there weren't many guests at the resort making for a very relaxing holiday - exactly what we needed!

Summary: A wonderful, relaxing time in mid-July in an excellent apartment surrounded by beautiful nature.
