Positive: Great hotel! The location is excellent, rooms are great and breakfast is lovely. Ever time I visit Idar Oberstein I always stay at this hotel, the best choice in the area. Friendly people and always a warm welcome.

Positive: It's a great hotel in a wonderful area. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff very nice and accommodating. The only drawback was - for me personally - that the hotel has no elevator. Our room could only be reached climbing about 20 steps, which my sore knees did not like very much.

Negative: See above!

Summary: Lovely hotel and surroundings which I would recommend to anyone.
