Positive: Very friendly and helpful host. Location is (personal opinion) perfect for relaxation. House is spacious, kitchen equiped for almost any needs, comfortable bed(s). In front of house is enough space for two cars or in our case one car and two motorcycles. :) In nine days we spent there we don't feel anything is missing.
Negative: Maybe for those who don't like driving uphill for 10 minutes location can be a little problem. ;)
Summary: One must stay there and see for itself why the reviews are so good. ;)

Positive: Awesome mountain view and peaceful surroundings without other tourists! Very friendly and flexible host.
Negative: Just a personal/subjective issue for some people: spiders. It's a house. In a nature. With bottom (technical floor) openly connected to the main living floor, so even if you 'check' the area, you can wake up and find a new spider that arrived from the bottom floor during the night.
