Positive: Easy to get to from Fort Lauderdale Airport and Seminole HOtel and Casino. Great for self catering. Hosts were very accommodating and when the property had a drain blockage, they moved me to another unit without any hassel. WIll go back again.

Positive: Decent, generally speaking. But not what I would characterize as luxurious. Room #3.

Negative: Matress is worn out, sagging and a bit lumpy. Not very comfortable. Needs a new shade arrangement on the bedroom door. Bathroom sink fixtures were loose and partially calcified. Dirt in the corners of the room. The room next door has a TV mounted near the wall of my room's closet. The people (Apt. #2) were blasting gangsta rap until 130 am. Owner should put up signs with reminders - volume down after 1000 pm. The railing on the stairs needs to be braced and refinished. The non-skid pads on the stairs need to be replaced/upgraded. In fairness, generally the place is ok. But not quite up to what it is advertised to be. Most people may not notice these issues but I'm an analytic and critical thinker. So, I do. Sorry. 🙂 Still. the Manager was very responsive and she seems like a good person.

Positive: Location was super convenient for my leisure. Spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities of my home.

Negative: The only thing that went wrong was at check-in. No check-in desk or manager at time of check-in. My suite number was not provided and I had to go suite by suite entering my pass code until I found my suite. Luckily it only took me 2 tries! I was relieved at that point and very pleased with my suite.
