Summary: Hotel is very clean but simple and bathroom very outdated. Room key did not work multiple times. AC also didn’t work so we had to change rooms. Breakfast was simple but nice. Excellent location

Summary: This place was quite old. They are making renovations however the mosquitos in the room were quite the surprise and let down. I did bring it up to the front desk however apparently there’s a problem that the whole city has.. who knew.? Also the bathroom was old and had some type of mold. The location was good

Summary: The staff was really nice and helpful. They moved our room promptly when our original room's lock had issues and gave us some wine for the trouble. Our sheets weren't super clean at first which is our only complaint. When we mentioned it, they changed our sheets that day. There is free breakfast, not the greatest but it's free and has some variety. Great location with restaurants, cafes, stores, etc nearby.

Summary: The staff working there have zero or minima training across the board : customer management, way to dress, way to serve breakfast, clean the rooms and the tables of breakfast, etc They look very under educated people ? Very low income that you can see in their presentation and personal look, but they are very humble and spend lot of energy in trying to compensate the lack of infra, tools and training provided by the administration and management of the hotel . I would never come back and I will be sure everybody understand the low quality of the facilities, rooms, bed (terrible old mattresses) and the breakfast seams a prison breakfast… so depressing and reusing the old juices (all sugarless manufactured ) for the next day… very ashamed .

Summary: Staff at front desk were nice & spoke english. The rest of the staff no english, breakfast was 1/10, no subtitles for the tv so could not watch anything. Room was a decent size, bed was lumpy and hard as well as the pillows, so hard to sleep. Good street in recoleta. Overall 5/10
