Positive: The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen thoroughly well-equipped; each of the bedrooms has super comfortable beds and the linen and towels are all excellent. The little garden is a great bonus, although it is a sun-trap so in the unusually hot weather (for England) is best in later afternoon or the evening. We were sympathetically helped when I "lost" my sunglasses after we had left the keys on the kitchen counter on departure.

Negative: The front step wobbles and needs cementing in place. There is no shaving mirror in either bathroom. The front small bedroom window frame (inside) was dirty, and we found glass shards beneath the TV and in the dustpan from a previous breakage.

Summary: It is a lovely house in a lovely place. We were there for a wedding but wouldn't hesitate to return.

Positive: The house is beautifully appointed, comfy beds and pillows, good quality towels. Plentiful seating indoor and out. An excellent array of crockery and serving dishes/baking dishes/chopping boards. Easy parking in the street very nearby the property. The host responded very quickly to messages (before our stay) and very kindly let us extend our check out on Sunday morning. This really is an amazing house :)

Negative: I had read about an issue with the shower in another review, and this problem still occurs unfortunately - you can only get water supply to one shower at a time / kitchen sink at a time, but because we had read that this happens before out stay, it wasn't a problem and didn't effect our stay.

Summary: Excellent weekend, in a beautiful home in the heart of Arundel. Would highly recommend.

Positive: It was beautiful, kitchen and bedrooms great, lovely views and very close to everything in Arundel .

Negative: Beautiful bathrooms but when 1 shower was being used it stopped the other and if the kitchen sink tap was being used the water stopped again. We had 5 adults but could hold up to 8 and it would have been a bigger problem. Also ….. garden furniture so old and rotten we felt it was a safety hazard. No microwave - this would have been helpful

Positive: The house was beautiful, it had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the bed linen and towels were wonderfully soft. The only small thing we thought would be useful was a mirror in each bedroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.
